The art of 'Disco Napping'

I recently learned a very effective way to take a disco nap (a nap you take after a long day of work and before you go out to 'party').

-Drink a cup of coffee at room temperature. Drink it fast as if you are 'downing' a bottle of water.

-Lie down and sleep for about 15-25mins. By the time you wake up, the caffeine will already be in your system and you will feel completely refreshed and energized.
